Basic.ai is operated by Harun Yamaner. This Privacy Policy explains what information Basic.ai collects, how it is used, and how users can contact us about their data.

Information we collect

• Account information such as email address, username, display name, and login method.
• Profile information users choose to provide, including avatar images and persona text.
• Character and chat content created or sent by users inside the app.
• Usage information needed to operate message limits, subscription access, abuse prevention, and app reliability.

How we use information

• To provide user accounts, character creation, chat history, and AI responses.
• To maintain app safety, diagnose technical issues, and improve the user experience.
• To process support requests and account/data deletion requests.
• To manage subscriptions and entitlement checks when Google Play Billing is enabled.

AI providers

User messages and character context may be sent to AI service providers in order to generate chat responses. These requests are used to provide the app experience and should not include sensitive personal information unless the user chooses to provide it.

Data retention and deletion

Users can request deletion of their account data by using the in-app data deletion request option or by emailing support@hrnai64.app.
