How to request deletion
Basic.ai users can request account and data deletion from inside the app through Settings, or by emailing support@hrnai64.app.
What to include
Please send the email address or username connected to your Basic.ai account. We may ask for verification before deleting account data to protect users from unauthorized requests.
What is deleted
Account profile data, user-created characters, chat history, saved memories, and uploaded user images associated with the account may be deleted. Some records may be retained only when required for security, legal compliance, billing records, or abuse prevention.
